Helping your child feel ready for school
Our School Readiness Program is designed for children aged 3-5 who are preparing for the next big step towards formal schooling. We help your child build early reading, writing, numeracy, independence, confidence, and social skills through structured, play-based online learning.
Enquire NowWhat is the School Readiness Program?
Our School Readiness Program is a 6-month early years programme created to help your child move towards formal schooling with confidence.
We focus on the key skills children need before school admission - including phonics, early reading, early writing, numbers, listening, social confidence, and independence.
The aim is simple: we help your child feel more settled, prepared, and excited for their next learning environment.
What your child will build
We focus on practical early skills that support school admission, classroom confidence, and everyday independence.
Advanced Phonics
We support A-Z letter recognition, sound awareness, simple blends, and early reading foundations.
Early Reading Skills
Your child begins to connect sounds, letters, words, stories, and meaning in a gentle, age-appropriate way.
Numbers 0-50
We introduce counting, ordering, number recognition, and early arithmetic using hands-on tools and activities.
Early Writing
We support name writing, lowercase alphabets, number formation, pencil control, and fine motor development.
Social Skills
Your child learns to participate, interact, listen, take turns, and build confidence around other children.
Independence & Confidence
We encourage simple routines, emotional regulation, focus, self-expression, and confidence in learning.
A calm, structured path to school readiness
Our sessions follow a warm and predictable rhythm, helping your child build learning habits slowly and confidently.
We understand your child
We begin with gentle observations to understand your child’s starting point, comfort level, strengths, and areas for support.
We build skills step by step
Each session includes structured activities for phonics, numeracy, writing, communication, and confidence building.
We keep you involved
You receive regular updates and observations, so you can see how your child is settling, learning, and growing.
School Readiness at a glance

Each week is built around engaging themes, so your child explores different areas of development in a natural and enjoyable way.
Communication
Stories, videos, discussions, listening, and speaking activities.
Literacy
Beginning sounds, letters, worksheets, games, and early reading practice.

Counting, ordering, sorting, patterns, and early number formation.

Simple crafts and expressive activities linked to the weekly theme.
Social Confidence
Show-and-tell, role play, confidence-building, and peer interaction.
Learning feels meaningful when it connects to real life
We use familiar, child-friendly themes such as family, community helpers, seasons, shapes, celebrations, and the world around us. These themes help your child connect new ideas to everyday life while building school readiness skills.
Gentle observations, clear progress
We understand that children need time to settle. Some children may take a few weeks to feel fully comfortable, and that is completely normal.
We use warm, informal observations to understand your child’s confidence, communication, focus, independence, and participation.
We then share simple updates with you, so you know how your child is progressing and where they may need extra support.
Need extra support?
Every child learns differently. If your child benefits from additional attention, we also offer personalised one-on-one sessions as extra support. You can speak to us directly and we’ll guide you based on your child’s needs.
The Kinder Kit
Every Kinder Bridge child receives a learning resource box designed to support both online sessions and at-home activities.
The Kinder Kit helps your child stay prepared, engaged, and excited to learn with materials they can use during guided sessions and simple practice activities.
More details will be shared during enrolment.
